Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy: 📅 Cancellations / Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. 💳 Late Arrivals: • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation, subject to the applicable fee. 📞 How to Cancel or Reschedule: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made via [text/call/online booking system].
