CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy: 📅 Cancellations / Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. ❌ • NO-SHOW • Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to place a 50% deposit before scheduling their next service. This deposit will go toward your upcoming appointment. 💳 Late Arrivals: • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation, subject to the applicable fee. ***FOREIGN FEES*** Foreign fees will be charged an extra $25 IF I am able to work over another technicians work. If I am unable to able to work over another technicians work, a full set will be needed. Reasons for this is because not every lash technician uses the same type of lashes, styles , and techniques . Every lash extensions are customized for our clients. 📞 How to Cancel or Reschedule: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made via [text/call/online booking system].
